Support is a vital part of the BTC portfolio and we provide telephone and on-site support for all Sage products as well as support for our own software. Remote access support is also available as part of the overall service package.
BTC’s in-house development and programming expertise means that in particular Sage 200, Sage 50, SageCRM and ACT! can be tailored to fit your business processes and requirements.
An important element in the implementation of a new system is the training phase. We provide training relevant to the user and appropriate to the job requirements. Training can be conducted on a one-to-one basis or in a group.
